She is survived by her husband, Carey, son, Shawn, grandson, Orion, father, Kenneth G. Mayhan (Helena), brothers, Mark Mayhan (Rhonda), Matt Mayhan (Deborah) and mother-in-law, Lilly Bottom.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Constance Mayhan and her brother, Michael Mayhan.
