Gladys I. Mitchell, of Vichy, MO, passed away Friday, February 28, 2014 at the age of 85.
She was born on December 18, 1928 in Vichy, MO to the late James Lloyd Bailey and Mary Elizabeth (Moreland) Bailey. On September 25, 1964 she married Walter E. "Gene" Mitchell in Owensville, MO. He preceded her in death on November 11, 2011.
