He was born on May 5, 1938 in Yancy Mills, MO to the late Thurman White and Josephine (Phelps) White. On April 4, 1959 he married Barbara (Hargis) White who preceded him in death on February 23, 2003.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Dunn.
